Cranfield win A.T. Kearney competition to mark International Women’s Day

A team of four Cranfield MBA students won first place in a competition organised by A.T. Kearney to celebrate the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day on 8 March 2011. Students from a select set of top business schools were asked to compose a research piece about the lack of women represented at board level in Europe, the reasons behind this and the implications.
Cranfield was announced as the winner by television presenter and comedian Ruby Wax at a full-day event organised by A.T. Kearney to mark International Women’s Day. Competition finalists won an all-expenses paid trip to the conference in London and had the opportunity to meet and network with successful senior women from the world of business, sport and media. Congratulations to the winning Cranfield team which included: Evgeniya Anisimova, Adam Cox, Dacia Henzell and Akshay Khaitan.
